I’d love to support my local shop if it was still open. It closed when my “generation” of skaters either quit or moved away. Everyone in the younger group seemed to order online etc… so it screwed the owner. I’ll check around there may be one in driving distance I don’t know about. Thanks for the info though.

Are the nike skate shoes decent? I’ve worn airwalks/lakai and shit since 88 and never ever thought I wear a pair of nikes to skate in but some of them look damn good. do they hold up?
Nike SB’s are really good skate shoes, surprisingly.
I’ve got some Nike SB Blazer lows and they have an awesome board feel.
I got mines for 60 dollars.
I’ve heard good thing’s about the Prod 1’s, but I had Prod 2’s and I didn’t like the feel of them. They felt too clunky
The Dunks are also good Skate shoes supposedly.

I used to skate in my Air Force 1’s briefly.
they cost as much as any other shoe now, i used to skate the shit out of dunks when they were actually hard to get and expensive. like 05-07 that was when they were in their prime.
it’s too bad that shoe is really hit or miss on which ones are good, if they remade it with a vulc sole it would be really nice.
Dunk SB Lows are good to skate in. I just get all black. I don’t think they are all that expensive compared to other skate shoes. I could give a crap about collectability really. If my shoes get nasty looking, I throw em up on the lines and get some new ones.

some sbs arent shit and you can find for ok price and worth beating to the ground but some sbs are rape prices(the good ones)

I’ve only skated in Dunks and Blazers and I prefer Blazers. They have better grip and they dont have that silly fat tongue. Most non suede Blazers look fucking retarded though.
I made it to the semi finals in a game of skate today at the my local skate park then by friend took me out to go to the finals. Then he got blanked in the finals by another friend of mine which he hates. lol
i hate playing like more than one good game of skate vs good people. its tiring as hell trying to constantly land nollie back heels and 360 backside flips n shit. what happened to tres being the extremely hard trick?
the key to a game of skate is any flip that’s 360, and hard flips. its like Ryus ultra when your opponent is at pixel health, aka a free win. real talk.
