you know how the game has the capabilities to add DLC and alternate play modes, why doesn’t capcom just keep all the classic modes, but also add a “remix” mode; which is a rebalance of 3S.
i am aware that it cost money to get a team together and all the other fees that come with trying to release DLC content, but a “what if” rebalanced game would be a nice addition for casual matches. if people don’t like it then they don’t play it and it stops there or who knows; maybe capcom might think about doing something else with 3S’s gameplay…

Because, as you said, it costs money and time. Sadly, I don’t think a rebalance of any game would bring it back to life.
instead of crying about chuns and yuns, how about you stop mindfucking yourself and just play the game. if a player is better than you, beating you with chun/yun/ken, maybe you should spend less time pleading for a rebalance online, and spend more time practicing the matchups. people act like the japan tournament results are just random yuns/chuns and not some of the best players in the world.
