I am pretty sure they wont. Everything is known about the game, he is not leaking any surprise unannounced character or anything but I am no lawyer.

Ooooh, nice. Imagine if he did HSF after the OTG Rocket Punch, then Plasma Storm. I wonder if that could KO Cap.
Interesting, it seems that the part past the flight cancel counts as a second combo. Might be a practical way to get past scaling and proration.
Just a KFC into another Plasma Storm would likely have killed Cap. Combo seems to have done just about the same amount of damage as Smexy’s CKC pre KFC.
That’s hot and completely shows just how utterly wasteful the “lets burn five meters” combo was. Also pretty much expected. Like I previously said, the 75% combos should be happening without meter usage, but with an assist.

With someone like Dante (maybe Chun Li too), if his Jam Session assist prevents flying screen you could potentially do this combo (or more) starting at mid-screen, ending up in the corner to finish. Also, maybe I’ve just been asleep for the last three months, but are relaunches not allowed after the first ground bounce, and what happens if you prevent them from bouncing, but land before they are fully on the ground; can you launch again?
