unfortunately I didn’t get any training mode time with him, just matches and it was our first time on the game. So it was pretty ugly. I’ll answer when I play again hopefully tomorrow.

But as it would seem right now, I’d say HSF ~ Spit XX RP doesn’t work. Best i got was in the corner RP HSF then hard drive on the ground. I never got the chance to really do a fast fly combo. Getting use to the controls was a bigger issue then I thought. I was trying to play like it’s MVC2. And fly is done with the launcher button. Which threw me the fuck off.

To be honest, I don’t know if I was able to call assist during fly. I wasn’t doing much flying in the first place. I was jumping around like a first time sentinel player.

Thats kinda disheartening cuz your Sent is bananas! If you’re having a hard time with him, then we all will. Keep us posted ok Ru!!!

i’m thinking Sent can refly once if he’s able to double jump after unfly/flycancel then refly after double jump.

nope, u can just do sweep into launcher. His fly really sucks on mvc3 :(! and it only last for about 10 secs. U can’t really spit fly unfly.

He plays like 2001 sentinel. Drones, normal jumps with frying pans etc. Still a monster. His assist is really good too :). He’s back

I guess we can always take what other people say with a grain of salt. Sentinel looks a little different, but still REALLY good none the less. There might be no more refly but that mobility is still there. The long ranged normals are still there. Cancelling jumping normals into flight and then keeping them locked in place is very much in tact.

Sent is easily top tier in this game. He’s just played in a very simple way now. He does wayyyy too much damage to not be amazing.

I can see that working, it was said earlier in the thread you could do do at least M>Rocket Punch. Super cancel the RP into HSF and you’re in business. At least, I hope that works. At least maybe L, cr.L, M>RP>HSF>Plasma Storm/Hard Drive.
