Well yeah, if you decide for whatever reason not to finish the Palace in time for the deadline.
The bad endings you guys are talking about are pretty much the same but with minor differences in dialogue.

You just have to miss a deadline for a palace. Not securing a treasure route in time, not sending the calling card, or just choosing not to go into the palace when a treasure appears.
Why would I ever do that? =.=;

Good to know though. I did praise the 3rd palace for dealing in some dark shit. Actually having the balls to taking that all the way deserves some respect.
Fuck. I’m in “that was a legitimately great game”-withdrawal. I just bought Tales of Zestiria on sale and was planning on playing that, but I’m seriously considering NG±ing Persona 5. Why aren’t any of the older Persona on PS Plus or Steam? ;_;

Finished last night w/ the true ending. Enjoyed my first Persona game, but I don’t see myself doing a NG+ right now. I’ve said it before - a lot of the conversations are either unnecessary or at the very least incredibly long winded and bad localization didn’t help the situation. I FF’d a ton of conversations and didn’t miss a thing. This is my only knock on the game. Fix that and it’s a masterpiece.
They did an amazing job juggling all the different systems present. I’m very curious to see what the combat would be like if I leveled Iwai and the gamer kid, which would make guns a ton more useful than they were for me. I also enjoyed the ending and the things they allowed you to do during it.
I’m not going to rule out a NG+, but I definitely need a break and palette cleanse from P5 at the moment.

Mishima is a twerp even as his story progresses. One of the few characters I plainly didn’t like.
I liked Mishima. Especially during the times you hang out with him with Ryuji.
Mishima has moments of being a dick in his Confidant sure, but the flaws and stuff he goes through with his whole growth bit in his Confidant really help make him more relatable.
Also, it’ll be good to actually be able to max Iwai on my NG+ when I do it, and to remember to max out Shinya, since I only got him to 6. Well, and probably Max Sun too, since that should be easy enough to do since apparently him and Mishima will always level up each time you hang out with them.
