The combo is j.h, Fly, j.m j.dh, ADDF, j.dh, unfly, j.h, Land, j.m, j.m, j.dh, j.S, cr. m, st.h, S, Magic series into super.
The trick to this combo for me was that all I had to do was hold Down Forward from fly to unfly. You could also use Joker’s combo which is j.h j.dh ADD j.dh Land [j.m j.m j.dh j.S]x2 cr.m st.h S. All you have to do is keep practicing and you’ll get it eventually
does KK combo work midscreen ? it doesnt seem like it…not enough time to dash > bombs > hyper. if it doesnt, what is IM’s best midscreen solo combo ? and what are his airthrow combo options ? just picked him up about 30 min ago and i can KK combo pretty consistent…just curious. thanks yall
The ground fly combo does indeed work midscreen and it is in my opinion literally the only combo worth learning off of normals, does at most like 50k less than the fanciest of combos at the exchange of actually working from halfway decent range because fly b is a lot longer than his luancher. Off air throw low to the ground you can do l smart bomb, adf mh land and then either launch or jump loop launch, from any distance significantly above normal jump height you cant get anything but maybe a stray smart bomb.
It does work, you just have to be on point with your inputs for the ender. Basically you need to buffer the dash as you’re about to land from the air series and then buffer the smart bombs immediately after inputting the dash.
When launching with Iron Man, after Krispy or air throw setup or whatever, I press doom assist at the same time i press S for launch. After that I do bbcdowncs as my air series and then land and dash l smart bomb. Midscreen I simply do H repulsar blast spread, insta cancel proton cannon. In the corner you can wait until doom missiles have brought them to the apex, dash and do an H repulsar blast spread, the amount of time you let them juggle depends on the starter – I normally only let it do a couple hits to be safe. Afterwords immediately do an l repulsar blast spread as fast as possible, yet again amount of hits depends on starter. After this you have them hard knock downed in the corner at which point you can do another assist extender, normally some form of smart bombs assist repulsar blast with the warning that hitstun at this point is probably near it’s cap, and finally finish with smartbombs(I use m, no great reason I just find it the easiest to time) Proton cannon.

I’ve been trying to do that, I’m guessing I have to do Repulsar Blast xx Spread a lot faster, I’m letting the missiles hit, Repulsar Spread xxx Blast, H Smart Bombs xxx Proton Cannon, after a KK its like 800k. Seems like I should be getting more. Trying to use Deadpool Quick Work assist + M Smart Bombs too.
First off that is a bad combo because not only is it suboptimal but comes off a horrible hit confirm, and sj. d+h would be superjumping after the S, and doing a down H.
So I’m new to the forums, and I’m trying to figure some stuff out for Tony.
I’m having alot of trouble connecting the KK’s fly> j.H> unfly> j.H part. It might be that I’m too slow with my inputs. but I have no idea about the timing either…any suggestions?
Also, I’ve just started using strider for my team, and I can’t follow up with anything decent after strider’s vajra assist. Combo ideas would be appreciated.
Iron man + vajra isn’t really that strong in my opinion, the places you want to be with Iron Man are too far to confirm anything off of it, and if you’re not getting damage off vajra it’s really not that strong of a call. As for the combo, I’m not sure if you were just using shorthand, but it’s fly, j.m, j.m, j.h, unfly j.h.to connect the unfly j.h you want to make sure you did the series going into it quickly to juggle them as high into the air as possible, and then simply unfly and h as fast as possible, no real fancy timings and no need to be scared of any shortcuts because Iron man doesn’t have a qcb move in the air. Just keep practicing and it’ll come with time.
Is it possible to practice s.:h:xx FLY j. in the first part of the krispy kreame? I’m trying to brake the combo down into sections to learn it but I can’t get a confirm on the . I’m guessing I’m not cancelling fly fast enough?

I think I’m doing the whole “fly, j.M>M>H>unfly, j.H” part too slowly. Guess it’s all a matter of practice, like you said.
and another yeah for vajra not working great with Iron man. It’s just that I’m so dependent on it for getting in with Dante.
I think I can do some stuff with strider’s other two assist for extending iron man’s combos in the corner.

this one’s not really that hard. just press :h: and :s: simultaneously after the qcb et voilà.
timing wise, the hardest part is to connect the link from s.:h: to fly , other than that it’s just pretty fast with a small delay after the fly:h: or else you cancel the attack animation into unfly before the :h: comes out.
First time poster and FG noob in general. I must be retarded cuz I’m the only guy that seems to have this issue, but how do you connect j.M>j.S that starts off combos? Whenever I try to do it j.S cancels as I land, and whenever I do hit it by accident I’m not sure how I did it. Is it a height thing or a distance thing?
Edit: Nvm, I realized I wasn’t jumping high enough and that I can’t do it if I’m humping them. How would you land this in a tridash though?
