you have lower hitstun decay with just about the same damage. it just gives she-hulk that set-up anywhere on screen damage… though i still prefer tron and frank west :).
Off a command grab, you can get the entire loop. And if you want positioning, jump over them and run them to the corner, then crumple, you get the full rep regardless. Off a full She-hulk bnb, you more or less get the loop but I noticed they tend to drop out if I go for more than one Flame per relaunch, so an adjusted loop definitely works. I’m still working on a combo finisher since for example, after a Flame, you can S instead of Impact Palm on the third rep, and use She-hulk to OTG into Eye and get some kind of combo video worthy stuff! I’m just to lazy to figure it out atm ;o

they dhc well into eachother and thats where most of the synergy stops…she-hulk gets more from cap then cap gets from she-hulk.

I’m trying to decide on a new team here, so far I have Doom (Hidden Missiles) second and Magneto as anchor (DISTRUPTAH! And yes, anchor, not point), and I have no idea who to have on point. I don’t want to use Wesker for obvious reasons and I don’t want to use Vergil because while he is swagtastic I already use him on another team. I’ve been thinking about putting She-Hulk on point but apart from the fact that they all seem to DHC well together I don’t really know if there’s any real synergy here. Help a noob, please?
I’d replace magneto with strange, missiles are pretty godlike for tick grabs and it helps stopping people who like to chill at super jump height…strange loves missiles and gets ridiculous damage from missiles, sommersault+…well strange might be able to confirm and kill off a an invincible assist, but remains to be tested. there is also a video that shows what strange can do with an otg assist. YOU have to play she-hulk like you are playing her in marvel 2…
I’ve been playing Shehulk since Ultimate came out. The team is Spencer/She-hulk/Hawkeye. I’ll start she hulk if its a heavy rush down team but for keep away and most teams I like spencer first, he benefits from she hulks otg and makes combos much more damaging. I have Jenny second because She hulk is a beast 1v1 character like all of you know and her combos arent really positive so having meter with her is nice. She hulk and Hawkeye DHC very well. If she hulk is alive she can creat nice full screen unblockable setups with hawkeye. And then Dark Hawkeye as anchor is great.
I wanted to get on here and let you guys in on some tech I use that I haven’t seen on the forums. Even though it isn’t safe there is a nice way to get in on people when they aren’t expecting it. If you go in to running stance then press back to catapult and press Light for shooting star (all the other versions are very negative on block) and hit your assist after it will come out as long as you hit light already. For all you guys using dorm with dark hole im sure that would put you in a very nice situation, with Hawkeye it works out nice and if I see them jumping a lot I use Spencer assist. IF people are trying to punish it please hit shooting star early so you whiff but hawkeye arrows cover you and then you punish them for trying that on you.
After ToT I like to slide and call spencer (if midscreen or fullscreen dash then slide+ call spencer) then launcher. No one really sees it. then you can command grab which almost always works or overhead,low,air command grab, tick throw or whatever you like. I like it because I can get a full combo and kill instead of worrying that I used the wall bounce and no one expects it.
In the corner, After I do my magic series in the air and Otg with senton and hawkeye assist sometimes I just Air command grab reset right there. It’s very fast and tricky and works most of the time.
That’s just some resets to throw in there with the million different resets she hulk has. Even though the funnest part of playing she hulk is Cracking them and stunning them with the grab please don’t try to reset someone over and over for no reason.
One thing that really works is catapult then shooting star on incoming mixup because it can cross up if you time it right. If you have been doing the shooting star on incoming mixup and know a character like dante,vergil, wolverine, doom with 1 hit dive kicks hit them up with a senton (1 hit of super armor) off the catapult and blow their mind.
Thats if you don’t have spencer for incoming mixup.
If your opponent is advance guarding I like to hit Crouching light then medium then heavy command grab. it almost always works. Call in spencer and go to town.
I’ve read all of the advice you guys have been giving appreciate it very much, I hope these little things help you guys out just as you have helped me but most importantly I hope that the shooting star+ assist helps you get in on keep away teams or just catch someone slipping. PLEASE REMEMBER IT IS VERY UNSAFE. but it will throw your opponent in a stunned state because of human reaction.
P.S. SavageGhostRider tron is very nice but give hawkeye a try. He works so nice with spencer.
I tried hawkeye, and the only way i can kill a character is by dhcing into spencer which sometimes is impractical( doesn’t get me the kill 45% of the time). with dark tron in the back, if she-hulk touches you once, you are losing that character. you tech remains to be tested though according to the brandy games guide, if i remember correctly all attacks from catapult are safe on block.
They aren’t safe if they chicken block. And She hulk is committed once she catapults because even if she cancels she cannot block. Truthfully, I doubt tron’s assist is as good as Hawkeye’s to get in. I do believe tron is a monster so maybe xf3 she’s nice. I just wanted to show that you could call an assist while you go in with catapult. I always thought you couldn’t because you are in a super move but once you already hit the move and hit the assist they come out and its pretty nice but i’ve never seen anyone mention it or do it. Also the ToT suprise reset with spencer is a nice tool to add to your Spencer/shehulk team.
The team I’m running with She Hulk is Doom(Plasma Beam) Super Skrull(Orbital Grudge) I can continue the combo after senton by calling plasma beam before hand as I’m not able to relaunch of senton yet will grind that out in the lab also workedout a reset in the corner with Skrull assist. Just wondering what advice there is for a She Hulk Newbie
Practice cancels!! If you wanna make everything safe and be able to combo into or from alot of diff things, practice running stance canceling and stopping. Its her most important move. I use doom beam with her too, all you have to do is press assist at the same exact time as you do down H for booty drop. Shell get up with enough time to actually standing H into launcher, or just launcher… Make sure you create a shulk scroll combo too, since doom beam helps out with your spacing. Also doom beam has the tendency to pick off assists sometimes, LOOK FOR THISSS. Cuz you can chariot assists as well, and u can get the full super on them…Plus dooms dhc super makes it safe,
Adding to what boog said,practice staying close and being aware at all times with she-hulk. She just needs to touch a character once to put them in a shitstorm of resets.
So after taking a looooong break from playing Marvel super seriously (God, I think those losses at EVO really got to me. :(), I’ve come back and reexamined my team. After much thought on the matter, I’ve switched from She-Hulk/Dormammu/Taskmaster to She-Hulk/Dormammu/Strange. My god, why did it take me so long to try out Bolts with Jen? This assist is essentially the reset maker, and it has the added bonus of letting She-Hulk get in super easy. I kinda wish I could switch Dorm to anchor, but I do need him second for that Stalking Flare DHC.
Plus, it helps that Dorm/Strange is a decent duo on it’s own. Definitely gonna keep trying this team out to see how far I get with it.

Having a problem with figuring out a She Hulk an Skrull combo, Orbital Grudge its like tatsu but with 1 hit of super armor, They can recover in the air after being hit by it, After calling the assist during crouching L M I can hit an air M and H S but nothing while going back to the ground so far still grinding this out.Stone Smite assist it works midscreen after a booty also works in the corner but it takes away the wall bounce which affects her super. Tenderizer assist he comes out and throws 10 punches in the air aimed at the characters head, only works in the corner after a booty drop or torpedo during the 10 hits if you hit s to go for air H S it wont work you need to wait towards the end of punches then hit S to go for air H S, so far I’m not hitting it consistently as I don’t normally use this assist I don’t like it much too but so far it could be looking like the best one to go with.

Super skrulls assists don’t have much synergy with how she-hulk combos play out( stone smite uses up that precious wallbounce). Earlier in the thread i posted my sentiments on tatsu assist and how good it is for her. she-hulk and doom have wonderful synergy in dhcs and in what they do for each other assist wise(imo dooms assist give more to she-hulk than she-hulk gives to doom.) I can’t stress how important it is to learn how to cancel her chariot (im still working on this). do you play on xbox or ps3?
I use Skrull more as an reset maker rather than a combo extension, I still want to figure out a combo with Skrull. Might consider switching him for Akuma as tatsu probably helps her out more and xf3 Akuma is no slouch neither is xf3 Skrull. I’ll go check the other pages for your post on She Hulk Akuma synergy. Might try Doom rocks assist see how that works out(will probably go back to plasma beam as I see it as a better assist) and yeah Doom helps out She Hulk alot more then she can help him out i agree. I’m Also working on the cancel chariot, any tips on torpedo cancel to launcher. PS3 I play on JokerDAndrew my psn
don’t forget to maximize damage from the booty drop( it is very useful). Dooms beam assist is very useful and should be staple. there is a nice rhythm for chariot to torpedo cancel. check out some videos in the she-hulk video thread.
