That happened to me with UMvC3 I just told them I called ahead to corporate and they authorized pickup (which I actually did). The girl at the desk went and dug it out of the truck for me.

I got mine from Pandoraās Cube in College Park MD. Came in around 12:30 and all the Collectors Editions were goneā¦ Apparently they were all gone by 11:30 -__-. Funny story tho, there was some weird gigantic fat guy there with his mom screaming with a high pitched baby voice about Magic cardsā¦ That softened the blow of JUST MISSING the last Collectors Edition.
