did you use that chinese costume mod .exe? it did the same for me, try picking normal colors 2 and starting a match then quit and run the .exe again, it will alternate between new costumes and old but eventually the colors will be right again.

i <3 this thread, anyway can we expect to see some kind of GUI color edit system in the future maybe?
If people are nice enough to take what they have figured out and present it to me in a clear manner, I have no problem making GUI editors for things, or simple file->xml->file things like im working on now.
Instead of having a bunch of weird hex tutorials for SFxT, lets just make it simple and have tools 
Its much easier to make tools if someone has already figured out how to do it by hand.
