as matter of fact it does… it has happened to me sometimes… it takes away 150 points… but in my case i just don’t care about points… i just care about getting good fights… sure it’s nice to increase your BP but it really doesn’t matter to me…
i think it would be nice to gather once a week at least in an endless room… maybe 6 of us just playing for a couple of hours and discuss our gameplay on this forum… it could really help me personally… i play almost every week night, saturday afternoons and sunday nights… my time is -5 GMT…

I don’t read the EH forums anymore, but I made a positive experience in the SFxT section a while ago. There are stupid people, but there are also respectable people. I caught myself generalizing the community not too long ago. Not good.

I only go to EH to read articles, posting a comment very rarely now. Their staff is cool. I can’t speak to their forums because I’m not there, but the article comments are somewhere between ass and shit, save for a brave few that somehow still have the strength to even post there while keeping their minds intact.

Idiots are all over the net, and smart people can become idiots when they jump on the net. I don’t know why, but I can’t live with myself if I just let them have their way with their hive-mind dribble. I mean, some of them aren’t as shallow as to post crap with no explanation, and you can find legitimate discussions with some of them, but man, those comment sections…
Also, sometimes you find some amusing stuff in there.
EH commentors for the most part, seem to live in this reality that once the initial game is out, it can no longer change, damn the patches or updates to follow. I mean, I know Vega’s not top tier in SF4 anymore, but he’s hardly low tier.

Found a way to use two turn punches in a combo with Sakura but that’s “only” 474 dmg in a punish situation.

Yoo the Sakura Otoshi cross up finally worked. Felt so good to win with a bottom 8 team against Nina x Jack + DLC gems at least once

Played like 5 matches today. In one of them I managed to activate all my attack gems with Jack (gem #3, 9 and 10: land 10 normals + land 3 and 4 special moves = 50% damage bonus). My opponent using Cammy decided to jump in on the robot, I HP DP him right into super. 656 damage got me the KO. Two bars well spend?
I can also confirm that the 4th gem slot download is gone here in the EU. PS Store got an update (on the 31st) so they might have fixed it. Those who downloaded the slot can still use it though.
Sick damage! Fighting Jack is such an ordeal. The way to fight him with Rog is getting as close as possible and ruining him with pokes (far mk into far hp is a nasty frame trap). He also has Ex armor and turn punch to get close so he isn’t bad at all vs keepaway.
His cross art has a good range and 10 invulnerability frames. 9 frames startup. One bad fireball and you are done!

I shall answer in full, soon. I just need sleep. I’m trying to understand why people lose, but I desire a conclusive answer from everybody. And don’t be afraid to say that you lost to some “scrubby shit” or whatever else. Just be honest with your answers. And if you can, list the team/characters you lose the most to consistently.
