Julia got buffed in 2013.
If Anna was put in the game 2 things would happen. Either I would drop Nina like a bad habit. (aka slowly and painfully) Or I would give up and just run a William Sisters team. Though Anna + Juri just sounds so right. Or maybe Anna + Poison their personalities match a lot better.

Marduk teaming up with Roger has better chances. 
After fighting Will08’s Julia exclusively I can honestly say I’m not really worried about the match-up as much as the player. As for Julia getting buffed…meh she got a mixture of buffs and nerfs. Without that godlike backdash and cr. lk she will be even easier to deal with and keep locked down. She’s really no longer on my radar. Jin is a different story…the dude is gonna be a trainwreck in 2013, I already have seen a HUGE influx of Jin’s in ranked already.
