What the fuck is with all the Gief players in EU? Goddamn they love them some Gief! I wish I was in EU I would be slaying up Gief all the way to the finals! FML! I’m in the US where I gotta fight lameass Julia constantly. o_O

Listening to the SF 25th anniversary tournament’s English commentary feels like watching a game of golf.

Add all of these up and more and he is pretty much a human wall for most. A human wall who can take a beating especially if he is loaded with defense gem after defense gem in a game where there are 500-600 combos afoot.
Don’t know why but us EU guys tend to play it safe at tourneys in fact most people from other territories do. It’s the idea of just having a ‘safety net’ and Gief is one of them for now for most. Unless he runs into Dhalsim that is.
I don’t know about you but as it stands right now I’d rather be in the US attending all of those majors for SFxT. I wouldn’t mind getting beat down by ‘lame-ass Julia’ because It’s JULIA! Someone I rarely fight! It would be a massive breath of fresh air compared to all of the Ryu/Ken/Kazuya players I keep on running into.

Whew, that’s a tough finals for both of them. Too bad for Fuzzy that he had to beat Alioune twice to be champion. I like how they rallied after they respectively got 0-2 deficits.
why doesnt anyone play cammy/nina? that was one of the main teams i was expectin to see a ton of, like jin/hwoarang, gief/hugo, kaz/bison, ken/hwoarang, hell ibuki (or guy)/raven too but i never see them, that would be an amazing team with all the damage output nina is capable of and cammys mixups
So I have to fight both of you guys at once then with the possibility of certain death from being read like a book because 2 minds are better than 1?

well i got a job in tampa so i left like 2 days before it hit, but my place in new york is fine, i just cant mail my ps3 to tampa yet >:O
I refused some fight requests cause the bad connection of the players. So, in the third request I fought a guy with a rank higher than mine (even I have chosen to fight same rank). Was the system punishing me??

Only reason why I set the time so late is because I SUCK with time-keeping. You know getting distracted and all :).
