Man all this talk about these alts has kind of made me left out a bit :(.
I saw them go up on the store yesterday and when I tried to download them it said the following:

I was thinking: ‘damn’ then I fought OZ and Songi and lo and behold, they both have the alts and I was thinking throughout those matches:
‘I want that alt’ or ‘I wonder what I could do with this one color-wise?’
Nah but seriously GGs to both of you guys. I know my connection sucked which lead to OZ and Songi’s matches dropping. GOD I hate when a match drops like that, it felt like I was interrupting Songi’s fun (no sarcasm intended mind you.)
At least the cool thing now is that I can officially take OZ off of the Misogi hit-list. Songi on the other hand…

Just wanna throw it out there that I bought this game at last yesterday and I’ve been playing it seriously and I love it. I fucking love it. I mean, I completely ignore the gems and the timeouts get tiring but I love the game. It’s been tons of fun so far.
The block and hitstuns last a bit too long compared to SF4 which is obnoxious and is throwing my timing off but that aside it’s a blast.
Got Julia/Asuka/Elena/Ibuki/Alisa alts, Sakura’s alt is just lol no buy.
After OZ blasted my face off with a Raging Demon I made a solemn vow to never die by any of his supers again. Style on me at your own risk.

And you now exactly what i mean. You take a guess and just do it. Ever get hit by flash kick when your doing a block string? Yeah you just keep inputting the command until you get your reversal. As for crouch tech, try doing close cr lk > st lp > Cr FP (ch) > scissors kick. I thought people figured that much out since vanilla SF4. How about meaty cr mk on wake up? Also i guess its ok for when you do cr mp on wake up with Lei whenever i do a cross up? 
its a risk/reward situation where you the player make a judgment call and take a chance. I dont say anything when i hit you with party crasher counter hit set ups because i could just as easily go for a grab and get it myself. Its just the way the game is
Agreed when I do an ABC combo and hit a HK or HP to end it twice, I launch them but when they are blocking I do the launch animation and leave myself wide open for a combo, usually noobs drop me but it is really hard to remember to not to double hit the heavy attack as I’ll screw myself over.

Seems like a lot of salt over wake up jab, i play a Jin player who wake up jabs sooo much that i just do raw launcher on wakeup to win lol, that aside i see new posters, welcome to the sfxt community 
It seems like raw launcher is the answer to all the cheap bullshit in this game. I had to deal with the same Cody/Gief who mashed out Cr. Lk (with Cody, obviously) and Cr. Lp (with Gief) constantly whenever I would get close. The dude literally ate 9 raw launchers in every match and STILL fuckin mashed his face off. The dude sent me a message after our fights and explained why he used his team…because he knows Cody is cheap as shit! What an asshole.
i blow up 90 percent of codys, but gief still gives me the most issues, i really need to learn that matchup
