One thing’s certain though. XKIRA was right yet again.
People interest shift into something that just need to hear something.
Like everybody suddenly wanting honda recently, and now they would probably wanting anyone for the sake of having something at least.
If Capcom is assessing data like this they could probably had better and more welcome releases in the future using timing.
T H A T
Few if any wanted Honda let’s face it.
I personally was hoping for a balance patch and some Juri costumes. Not even joking.
For anyone who’s late to the news…
The sky is falling.
There is not going to be anymore content in S4.
There’s no more characters.
All according to plan.Mustache twirl…
Btw Infiltration is currently streaming Smash. The skye is falling indeed.
Sky falling confirmed
I have come to terms with feeling that this game is shit no “balance patch” can save it because it sucks from the core design.
I hope Capcom never announce anything substantial for it again time to focus on the next game ad try again.
I hope SFV was considered good enough to justify making another title in the series.
Curious if it’s profitable for Capcom.
So at this point, I think one of two things is happening:
A. They’re actually going to do, like, a Super SF4 thing. And just release the entire season of characters all as one huge update.
B. They’re done releasing characters, which is why the last character was on it’s own and a clone character.
I feel like the whole “Show Sagat and G at EVO and then say they’re coming out next week” thing went over really well, so they might be looking to do that again this year, but with the entire season.
I’m personally hoping it’s A. That was always my favorite way to do DLC characters anyway. Release everyone all at once. Preferably right after EVO so everyone has a full year to play with the new characters before next year.
So if the next update is basically a bundle of the existing cast plus some frame data changes.
Is SF6 in the works ?
I wonder if we will get omega mode for SF5,basically the testing ground for SF6.
Based on negative reaction and people threatening to abandon SFV from S1 and also those that said they would replace SF for MK.
So probably yes it’s 2019 already, they said SFV will be supported till 2020.
But we can still expect something or a huge surprise a possible shift.
I don’t even think SF6 is what people think SF6 is. Just a speculation.
I’m in a weird spot for SF5.
I like some of the things the game does but really dislike a lot of aspects. What do you do when you “need” to support a title so the franchise can keep going but at the same time don’t want to give the impression that what they did was ok in the current one.
well, its one thing for sure…a fresh start. if it turns out to be good has to be seen.
i just hope they take theire time and dont rush it out.
All I can say is that were going to have a definitive edition of SFV.
It’s tradition anyway.
Last year they added 6 characters and 1 stage.
They said they’re doing things different this year.
It’s gonna be 6 new stages and 1 character (Kage) this year.
My friend who is a Nintendo fanboy told me that Sf6 should be like Smash where capcom reuses all assets from sf5 and has 70 characters at launch.
So that’s why Infiltration is streaming smash now.Planning ahead I see.
You damn right boy.
