Guess this is another smaller event run for Chun. Just always hard to translate into the CPT premiers. Enough characters got nerfed the right way that Chun’s bad matchups are slightly more doable now.

I didn’t ask you to ban Cipher. I said he does not belong here (the SF5 thread/forum) for reasons laid out already by others which is my personal opinion. I am not one to take away others rights. I am also not one to tell you or others how to do your job, but something as simple as ensuring people stay relatively on topic would be a step in the right direction. It is also the responsible thing to do for any moderator in any forum.

I follow and post in this forum because I love Street Fighter 5. I post here to talk about Street Figher 5 the game, and I post in the lore thread to talk about the lore. I don’t like Tekken so I don’t get involved there. Implying that I should contain myself to the story thread because YOU, a moderator, do not want to tell Cipher to quit his persistent bullshit is surprising to say the least, and not very assuring of your judgment. Bringing up 2004 is superfluous. It’s 2019, everything’s changed, and I personally have changed.

Since you do not want to take on the responsibility of really regulating the content here, the ideal solution is to escalate this to your superiors so that they find a way to give us back control over our user experience (i.e. give me and others the choice to ignore users’ posts again) so that we regulate it ourselves. And if they can’t/won’t, well then we have our answer.

You are the missing the point if you think my protest is about Cipher. He is merely a symptom of a larger problem which is the version of Discourse we are operating in that has devolved the daily experience to what it is now. This of course is in no way helped by the moderatorship’s negligence to be honest as we rely on you now completely to keep things tight and on topic in this discourse.

With respect to everyone, these are very sensible points.

Whoever make the SRK2 site are you finally gonna give it a proper name? Maybe it’s time for the great exodus, kinda like when Resetera rose from the ashes of neogaf.

That’s pretty much what I expected the score to be. RIP is no Ryan Hart and nobody plays Law really. Law hasn’t had a really hot Tekken game for a while.

3/5 is nice for ST. 2/3 for ST is wild. Japanese been doing single match of that crazy ass game for years lol.
