We don’t need more characters, the roster is chunky atm.
The game needs gameplay revisions and if they were being 100% at improving the game - new defensive mechanics, additional v-system mechanics, and then removing the jank defensive options we have if these are implemented.

Big title updates can actually bring in a lot of late adopters, people wanting to give it a try when they hear there’s a big rework.
Concurrent playerbase = DLC £££

True but i feel like there isn’t that many people to grab. If they didn’t cop with AE then I just don’t see them getting into the game period.
That said I’m nobody I’m sure Capcom has real numbers that they base their money moves on.
There was a viral tweet with a scripted match between Sako and someone recently and the amount of comments saying they want to try the game out would shock you.
Isn’t something crazy good from a stick modder standpoint, whoever is able to mod a stick can do that except the case. If you are not someone who need to open the stick for maintenance and mods then it’s good, but outside the design it’s like every full Sanwa stick on the market with less room for modding.
Taking the throw vs Karin was Tokido ace in his sleeves against Punk 2 yrs ago and after that everyone starts getting thrown by his Karin into nothing… BUT now the Alpha starts throwing again, he’s better now at controlling that situation. Before the throw his aiming at collecting grey damage, with the life lead he has no reason to rush you.

I feel dirty and unsatisfied.
A far cry from his early AE S3 matchup tier list where he had ed and chun li as a 7-3 disadvantage. And bison was 5.5 before and now is the worst. Maybe it’s the Bison army in diamond - master ranks.
