Capcom has consistently done almost nothing to Juri as though she’s already fine… which she isn’t.
Also, regarding Sak vs Sagat, I dunno they both feel pretty similar in terms of power level. They are in that “not bad, but not really good enough” glut of characters.
The existence of V trigger prevents a lot of characters from escaping that trap.
Sakura is a lot better than people currently think IMO but it’s very hard for me to validate that as it stands with little representation. My Sak main training partner thinks she’s around top 15.

Just ask for it.
Asking for your character to be Top Tier, while everyone else should be Low Tier is a common thing in FGs.
It is a tradition and I will not allow anyone to break this Tradition!
Sakura is too fair and has way too many losing matchups to be Top 15.
What about characters without a fireball? Plus iirc Juri has an antifireball V-Skill to deal with zoners. Her walk down game with LK Fuha is good enough to control the space in front of her, the opponent have to guess what to do there. We can discuss about how questionable the Stores implementation in SFV are, but definitely it’s loyal to her hit and run game since 4.

She has IMO the absolute worst vskill present within the game
Her midscreen oki on backrise isn’t incredible
Sakura is a strong character IMO.

Y’all need to give up something. Capcom improved Zeku nerfing Young and improving Old, all of that toning down his damage through the updates.
Their time is coming, don’t worry.

All the “justifications” about not improving Juri are funny at times.
I see a lot of people who are afraid of potentially losing to Juri.

Funny how people take for granted that Juri is going to have lvl VSkill charged at all times when in reality is hard as fuck to have it available.

Yea, good luck with that if the Guile can harass you with his normals with no issues.
I wish she could combo off her lk tatsu into jab into dp man that would help a ton.

She can do crlp on counter-hits but it’s so short ranged that a lot of cr.mk xx LK.Tatsu poke is too far.
What really annoys me is that it’s -2/+1. That data is just really stupid. If it’s only a +1 option, at least make it -1 or something.
They’ve increased Young Zeku throws damage and run slide meterless damage in S 3.5 while reducing Old Zeku grams and dp’s. The big damage comes from the ability to combine his forms during combos.
Which is a damage buff mate.
Not to mention the removal of Old st.hp CC enabling huge counter-hit conversions for Young. And Young Hozanto xx switch > DP.

Lk tatsu being +1 on hit is a god damn travesty.
Sakura always looks good on paper, but I honestly treat her like G. Got momentum? She’s probably stomping your ass. Make her play neutral or out range her T-Tex buttons and put her on her ass? Rip.
Her matchups are just too swingy for me this late into the game. She can roll Kolin, Abigail, bison, menat. But then she gets shit on by pretty much every other top tier. Then you got boxer and G matchups where you play on pins and needles to stay in that ass cause their buttons will shit on you and if they get any momentum you’re fucked.
