I feel bad for Sagat, I think because of how jump ins work it really nerfs his ability to throw shots at less risk. Every jump is a full combo and they can press jump in fierces earlier and tag him for huge damage.
Rework jumps. Sagat, Ryu, Guile will passively get improved by it.

I like the disregard for anatomy in that Falke. Bold stylistic choice.
