SFV Lounge: Revealed DEEZ NUTZ! They don't reveal $H1T. Momochi plz wakeup super

623 is a dp input. Highland is talking about a fireball input.

@Highlandfireball

Looks like T-mode shit. End fireball at 6 hold, then do some form of (2,3) wait (6+p)

Not easy to do at all on stick. He has to be getting the last frame of the buffer on BOTH inputs.

Mad respect.

All he did was fireball > hold forward >23+P lmao

Nothing fancy, just fireball and delay the punch 'cause you get so much time in between

Which is what I said…

Y’all kinda like “all he did was a 1 frame link meh” It might or might NOT be 1 frame timing but it is the TIMING that is difficult, not the motion. Stick makes the timing difficult because the motion is wonky.

Sounds like the dream of every Sagat main. Luckily a thing of the past, even Sagat himself has seen the error of his ways.

The timing isn’t difficult either though

236, hold 6, P

Once you know how it works it’s pretty easy

I use the analog stick on pad and I’m doing it in training no problem

As an ST O.Gat main, my ultimate goal is to make every opponent hate the game. Nobody else is allowed to have fun. Only TIGER TIGER TIGER is allowed*

*fuck claw

At the speed he’s doing it, it’s not easy. I’m doing an approximation in T mode now, easily… but not that that speed.

Also, frosty is still wrong (and thusly you as well, because you jumped in his boat) because it was said that the motion is 623… which it is not.

Go away. Go count some frames

S’why I removed the Frost is right part from my post before you made this one

Also

Less than a minute in training

Maximizing the walk forward at the start and then do faster ones toward the end while still microwalking

It’s really easy

So you realized your error and made an amendment… that doesn’t mean you were correct. That means you corrected your mistake. Stop it.

I never said I wasn’t wrong though, I admit my mistakes

Sometimes too harshly

And you’re dodging the fact you were wrong twice over now XP

You still aren’t using stick.

I can do it on stick. Its not hard

You’re right

I’m using analog stick on pad which would be even harder

But if you still insist, I’ll grab my stick and repeat it

So can I.

Do you know any matches of the top of your head that show some effective zoning? Let’s move away from Jigglypuff playing footsies because that’s a bag and a half over agreeing she is “zoning” by poking people to death.

where are the projectiles at and where are the lame smash players?

It’s making me uncomfortable that Pertho is using FG terms when talking about Smash.

Go ahead. Draw on stick is much bigger than on thumb pad, which will affect your walk distance slightly which will affect the walk time you get after recovering from a shot, which will affect your walk distance which will render the result void.

Or not.

Interesting.

I assume by thumb pad you mean the D-pad, anyway. I don’t use that. I use the analog stick and I usually do my motions quite slowly (hard to see in the twitter vid but I was doing a full half circle forward for each tiger).

It feels easier on stick 'cause I can get the QCF motion faster, so I can walk forward for longer before hitting the button again.

Snake and Olimar. Both are pretty effective at putting up wall of shit you need to navigate. Now do they just sit full screen, fling shit and win off that alone? Kinda. They both got grabs that lead to guaranteed kills at certain damage percents. Snakes zoning can kill you and his buttons are no slouch up close. Olimar has long range smash attacks and long grab range. Both rack up damage stupidly fast.

I think the Belmonts are zoning characters as well. There are probably others but holy shit they’re too many to keep track of.
