at this point with how capcom is handling this game and seeing what a mixed crowd SFV has i dont want makoto,dudley and yang to be brought back for a game that probably 2 years at most to live

Gs has some absurd range tho, Maks has always been pretty point blank. I can’t remember what it was before, I think 8f?

7/8/9 across the versions. EX at 5f. Least for SFIV.

EX Karakusa ain’t gonna happen again 100%, no reason to burn meter that way in SFV, especially if her V-Skill would be a party like Ryu.

SF4 almost had a 10 year run(9 years) and had a enough depth to keep the game fresh with constant tech coming out. SFV doesnt have that or the same strength sf4 had to last that long or even keep players interested. This game also kinda forces you to play braindead robbery characters if you want to be successful also doesnt help that Stubby normals are mad annoying so imagine what makoto would be like lol i pray they dont redesign her like juri and cody

I don’t believe in stripping a game of content because it has an assigned lifespan. Yeah, we’re getting SFVI probably within the next 2 years. I don’t think that should mean we get nothing for the last 2 years of this game.

Lots of people have characters or game mechanic implementations that they want to see happen, and I miss certain character specialists. I want to see Fuudo’s Fei again, or Misse’s Makoto.

If it has armour again EX Karakusa will be nuts. You’ll just tank through most blockstrings into your mix-up.

Worst part about new Makoto is that she may not have kara karakusa.

Also one of my students brought a switch with smash on it. Talking that noise that her Pikachu is good. Gonna have to body some students. :triumph:

I think 15 is the lowest bar for dashes in this game. Lore wise and in terms of archetype the most mobile characters have had their dash speed capped at 15. Chun li’s total dash frames in sf4 is 15, whereas makoto’s is 16.

Kids talk mad shit when it comes to smash. My kids (7 and 8) had friends over to play. These little fuckers were saying how they were unstoppable and could beat me.

SFV dashes are more reminiscent of 3S, so I can see anywhere from 12-14 for Makoto being a possibility. Dashing is ALL she can do on the ground really, so hers is kinda warranted in being unga.

They’ve actually bothered to add some karas in the game now for Sagat and Fang so may be a shot.

i remembered in the beta ken, chun,bison and ryu had kara grabs i wonder if they had kept it would it help their tier placement?
