Unhappy that punk lost. But happy that tokido was the one to beat him. Only person punk should be losong to outside of horrid matchups.

Fuudo is ass because he plays grapplers as footsies characters and doesn’t know when to command grab…
He plays like he’s saving the pocket grab for a rainy day, and never uses it when it counts…
He could have sealed like 895579 more rounds if he had established it as a threat
I need to get ahold of S U P A R. Don’t think he uses SRK anymore though, a lot of this stuff is on some next tier of scrubquotes.

Whew. Back from arranging a 100 man tournament. Shit actually went smooth, aside from the stream exploding at some point and a drunken 45-year old with a Nintendo tatoo stealing the mic while I was doing top 8 introductions. Aside from the stream-splosion we even ran ahead of schedule, judges did a good job and we even found a good solution to the ever-present threat of synced PS4-pads. I also did about as expected in the tournament, narrowly missing out on top 16, losing to two strong players. A bit disappointing, but nothing to be mad about.
The guy who did the bulk of the organizing before the tournament also got a prize. He loves Lei Wulong, so we bought him a bunch of Jackie Chan-movies.
Fun weekend. Everyone were happy. Huge success.

Punk defended really well against Akuma’s VT1.
If you have problems against it, watch the set multiple times.
Punk does need to pay more attention to demon setups. If Sajam was recognizing them, Punk should too.

Punk did already his best against demon setups, Karin AAs are still limited against them.
I think he’s talking about the raging demons not the demon flips.
He ate 2 of them i think. One dash up and the other off a whiffed neutral jump.
Both times Sajam called em.
