I was thinking about this. Reveals without Ono are very rare and if he’s recovering from something bigger than SFV and Capcom then that’s most important considering he is the figure that reveals this stuff at tournaments. Just like how Tekken reveals would be kinda awkward without Harada.

I think the implication is that he can’t travel, or at least shouldn’t. If Capcom is really holding back till he’s 100% i respect it. Don’t think that us the case though.

Characters and stuff are definitely coming, that’s not the problem, it’s the general radio silence. I think is still the old story about Capcom Japan vs Capcom USA, the latter are definitely more prone to keep the crowd informed and constantly hyped up, but the first are in command. Japanese are people who usually talk only when the job is done, they don’t care if the Westerners are upset about lack of communication, that’s it.

That’s one thing I wish Capcom would work on. I see alot of devs doing ama’s or having a delegated community person who talks to the fans and what not. I see big and small companies doing it. And I don’t even mean as involved as some of the other companies. Just somebody who could chime in from time to time, I know they can only say so much but even a hint or vague answer would be great at this point.
You still have a lot of small little mistakes that you have to stop making consistently. Once you consistently stop making those mistakes you’ll get up there more solidly.

Nah this sounds way better than it ever turns out being. Experienced it on reddit for 3 different game subs and on the official OW forums.
- 90% of questions and comments directed at the devs are ignored and I’m being generous
- Of the remaining 10% answered, most boil down to “we can’t say yet” or generic PR answers
- 90% of gameplay related suggestions are ignored, and if they are implemented it’s absurdly slow
- Turns every community into entitled brats or at least brings those types out.
Like I said it sounds cool but it almost always boils down to the community being ignored outside of bugfixes and generic PR answers to questions. But if you are ok with “soon” being the answer to 99% of “when is x happening” questions, yeah its cool.

Well there’s that idea then lol. And to be fair the only two I’ve seen end up like you mentioned. I know there’s good examples but the odds are it’ll end up bad lol.

I mean the idea itself is fine it’s just that those guys have to get approval for like everything they say. Other than some transparency on bugs it really makes no difference in 99% of cases. In fact I’d say it sometimes actually makes things worse because on the occasion they are allowed to talk more freely they seem out of touch or just stubborn about how they want something to work, community be damned.

@NCK_Feroce YOOOO. Zeku (both versions) can punish Birdie’s v-trigger bullrush if you have v-trigger. Against regular v-trigger bullrushes, Zeku can do microstep forward st.lk xx v-trigger into target combo ender. Its tight but doable.
BUUUUUUUT, if the Birdie hooks it up and does EX Bullrush in v-trigger, you can do a reversal cr.mk with either version and cancel that straight into the v-trigger target combo.
So if you have a full bar you can just do a reversal super on the v-trigger bullrushes or use VT1 for some optimal punishes.
