Gonna give MK11 a try, but I’m more excited for Power Rangers tbh. It’s just more up my alley.
Might take a little break from SFV. Not because of the lack of reveals, but just general fatigue of the game.

Hell yeah. Dead crack with no pro tour still whooping on em. I’m pretty sure almost every tournament in the last year with both games MVCI won in turnout. Least the ones I remember seeing. That was a fact for whatever reason.
I assume the NRS community will actually rally around MKX for a while and bring real turnouts (Injustice is just a side thing at this point competitively). Chris G is already out though.

You’ve explained perfectly the never-ending thirst feeling this game has generate in some of us. I don’t blame people aren’t thirsty anymore about contents/characters, but at least them can’t blame us for being on the thirsty side still. I admit that getting Makoto would have calmed down my expectations for SFV, but I would’ve preferred the old way of releasing at this point, new disc after an year or two but full of stuff. Instead this current way the feeling of an incomplete game is too strong if you didn’t found something able to make your experience fully enjoyable.
I read this as lack of reversals.

This week I need to resume the grind towards super platinum.
I haven’t been playing much ranked lately, just sticking to casual and lounges to try to work away the problems Keoma pointed out in my game.
But it is time to get back to the grind. I won’t get to be the best Brazilian female SF player by sticking to casuals!

I can only do casuals/lounge for so long. I think it’s because I’ve been to tournaments too many years where it just feels like I’m running through the same motions after about 10 or 20 games. With ranked points are on the line and building a streak that you don’t want to lose gives me more to fight for. People usually play their hard mains in ranked so makes it easier for people to force flaws out of me and force me to brush up on things that would be necessary for a tournament.
Last time I played casual match I ran into Chun Li player named Chun Li who dropped as soon as I finished them with the Highlander VT2 activation. They were 90 feet in the sky and then bam, drop. I found them again and taunted them and beat them up. Then ran the rematch timer out on them.
Oh and that smurf silver Chun Li I ran into like a week and a half ago is already Master LOL.
