It doesn’t even matter what the standards are, there just needs to be one.
I’m perfectly okay if the standard includes hitboxes… that will mean that we will see more and more of them as time goes on for better or worse. You won’t be able to put he genie back in the bottle easily though if t turns out to be a bad play.

Hitbox does not play the game for you.Macros and scripts do to a certain point.Can’t compare.
The top and low tier example is to highlight the exact same thing vs controller “tiers”.
Pick what you consider better and stop telling people what needs to be used.

Neither Ve nor I are arguing that they should be banned. But its already been clearly demonstrated that they can let you do stuff that you can’t on pad or stick. However you guys want to twist yourselves into pretzels about it is up to you. But we have evidence that this is the case already. This means that it would inevitably lead to a conversation about their long term legality in tournaments.
Things were fine when they weren’t doing anything different. But now that we know it can lead to problems the question is whether or not you wait 'til something is found in the game its being use or you just simplify the tournament code and ban it altogether. the question is whether or not it gets there.

Keyboard is a hitbox but better.
Ignoring macros and scripts.You have like 100 buttons to assign how you wish for movement and attack.
Basically theres no good reason to ban hit boxes until tournament results prove they should be banned.
Daigo jumping on the bandwagon shouldn’t be a factor
I don’t agree with that as much, putting the genie back in the bottle can sometimes be prohibitively difficult.

I dont understand, how can Hitboxes make you charge faster?
Like instead of having to hold down back for 40 frames do you only have to do it for 35 on a hitbox? Lol

Daigo has a “unlocked” hitbox essentially. Your typical hit box has “limiters” in place.
So on top of the hit box advantage he has even more
