Sanford is bipolar. He hates the game, but he can’t stop playing.
Fighting game players loves competing, some of them wants to do that only at their conditions, these are the guys who have most difficulties at adapting to the new game.

One thing that I can praise SFV is the artstyle.I really like how characters look,they did a good job.
I hope they stick to it but i’m a bit worried looking at what happened with Infinite.
Say what you want bout UMvC3 but the movement in that game was fucking fantastic. Still remember dodging Mags repulsar blast with Wesker’s back dash.
Also the feeling you get from washing a niggas whole team with Vergil? Got damn, nothing like it.

Hit and miss honestly, I don’t think V style is good. Some models are bad, and the bad for me really outweighs the good.
Necalli, Ed, Kolin, Ken(His outfit is 10/10 however), Abigail, FANG, Alex, Akuma, Kage.
All really poor either stylistically or there’s something wrong with their model.
I play Boxer and fish for st. Hk like it’s my only button.

Necalli has a pretty good design IMO and one of the best models in the game.
Too bad all that effort was wasted on the most boring moveset they could have come up with.
Fang doesn’t belong on this list.
His arm sleeves are stupid.
I think FANG was a cruel joke from the design department after they realized the 3D-modellers had no idea how to get rid of clipping issues.
‘Yes, we want him to have THIS pose on the VS screen, sleeves on full display and all. Good luck’
A note on “clipping issues”. This is a processing limitation, to prevent this kind of issue with a physics engine you need a lot more processing power, as in, an unreasonable amount.
The solution is to hand animated things, but that is expensive, especially when you have multiple costumes and a wide variation in the animations.
The could also make the designs less prone to the issue. Just wanted to say that “clipping” is not always a solvable problem.

But they nailed the look with Juri so i’m happy.
Honestly I never thought art based char select had to go away and the artwork for some SFIV characters was beautiful. Clipping is most apparent in select screen and win poses.
Really hope that returns and we do away with loading in the models in character select.
