I am hoping in the future that getting sneezed on doesn’t throw us into the corner like it does for some characters like Rashid in this game. Fuck Super Saiyan Necali’s super puts your dumbass in the corner for getting hit with it regardless of what the previous positioning was in the match.
“Take the throw” is the correct answer about 90+% of the time in this game.

So happens that guys a GM Akuma. He’s played a Kage only account up to ultra diamond so far.

This is kinda hilarious when you’re rocking a Slayer avatar since GG is known for its different wake up timings. I have bad reactions and I could react to quickrise or backroll with Cammy pretty free. Not that big of a deal.
As for new characters, SF5 has done a really good job in making new characters. They’ve taken some real chances and they’ve paid off for the most part. This isn’t really the area where you can shit on this game. You could make arguments that some of the elements aren’t good for the game (like FANG’s static fireball with multiple hits) but that’s a different story.
Not trying to get into w/e dumbass convo y’all are having about knockdowns.
Also spent all day painting with my 2 year old. Being able to buy a bunch of canvas for 10 bills at Hobby Lobby is top tier. Now we have a bunch of random paintings made by our daughter.

How to beat Rashid in 3 steps
- Take the throw
- You see him doing Spinning Mixers in blockstrings? Jab him or worse.
- TAKE THE FUCKING THROW.
Rashid currently isn’t a good character, imo. Human error on the other hand makes him very dangerous because of his burst damage.

It’s hilarious when peeps say “take the throw” in SFV. Pretty much means your character is shit or the other character is strong.
You know that when you K.O with Falke’s forward throw, and every time you get a view of that beautiful asset

Honestly I just think it’s dumb I have to react to what my opponent is doing after I knock them down. Either that or i have to use some special setup that covers both timings when Capcom went out of their way to make sure their aren’t a lot to begin with.
I’m not saying every KD should lead to a demon flip setup, but I don’t I should have to react to or guess what my opponent is doing after I blew up their mistake.
If feels like the same bs design that has so much shit at -2 i instead of actually punishable.
This nigga knows it, only the true Falke mains with good taste know about it

Kage is playing the shoto game without the core component in the fireball.
His stomp game is a gimmick to someone who knows the MU properly, you can fuzzy block the stomp mixes so you always jab out H stomp. His normals aren’t stellar but his walkspeed makes up for lack of ranged options.
He’s alright but he’s nothing special, his VTs are just really really good.
Take Akuma, remove the fireball, remove demon flip, remove crhp. Got yourself a Kage.
Im just saying its not a joke or a meme when he’s saying it. He likes Kage. It’s a real opinion and he isn’t the only player doing the whole new character to master shtick who I’ve heard say the same thing. It’s a struggle.
Take the throw is pretty much only a meme with pre s4 cammy because thats what cammy players were saying to try and downplay. It actually does reset to neutral with a lot of characters. To the point where you can wake up with a delay jab and be safe until someone does a delay meaty. Which is super rare online even when you fight good players.
I think its particularly meaningful to reset to neutral vs a character that has severe struggles at neutral.
And that alone doesnt make her the superior clone? 
She also wears a proper hat… same cant be said about that inferior image of a man, known as Ed.

Okay, why is Kage so good. What’s the thing that makes him nuts to you, what MUs does he dominate, if he’s top 5, what is he doing to be put above ppl like Akuma-Ibuki-Rashid-Karin-Menat-Mika etc
I can think of roughly 13 I’d put over him, leaving him around the mid tier

My early impression on the Falke-Kage matchup is that he can struggle a lot against her in the neutral, and it’s easy to react to his Axe Kicks with EX Schneide if he ever gets in.
But maybe people are still bad with him.
The only tools i think are legit good on him require vtrigger. And even then his vtriggers aren’t on par with the top tier vtriggers in the game.

No troll but I feel Juri is a better than Kage but she sucks so maybe Kage is one of those top tiers with unknown bad MUs. Also I’m Gold Rank and American so nothing I say matters.
