That is something they done in SF3 and especially in SFV where they made clones very distinctive from each other by animating with personality.

He said first character so it’s vague and yet in his previous twits He made big hints that something is gonna be revealed big before the end 2018 like storymode 2, new v-system and new modes.
His being silent now with CWA and Nguhao stage along with Color edit mode and weather editing stages that he brags late 2018 in his twitter.

Oh yeah I liked Gouken too.
But yeah Juri was obviously the most popular. Still though, I would’ve thought 4 would have at least one more rep by now. My pick would be Viper.
I just think its odd how SF4 only has one rep, and that one rep got redesigned right after her debut game.
While I’m on the topic, why do (did?)people hate Decapre?
I am pretty sure that whatever those numbers mean, they point to the fact that the Evo name by itself isn’t all that strong a pull.
Well it’s no wonder Evo Japan isn’t stacked you get like 28 bucks for coming second and 60 bucks for first.

Because of the misplaced hype preceding her reveal. Gameplay-wise, Decapre was the best new addition to the SF4 era. Tons of fun.

Juri visual design is good and she has one of the prettiest faces in the game,so good job on that.
Her gameplay redesign is not bad just undertuned as hell. But totally not needed since she was so unique in SF4.
Having that said I expect Juri to be in all SF games from now on since she is very popular but I expect her SF6 version to be closer to SF4 rather then 5 when it comes to gameplay.
