I firmly Ed is secret mid high tier now. His soul two problems are opening people up that down back and corner carry without v triggers.
The Nerf to his cr mp was harsh too. That was really strong for someone that relies on pressure.
But his walk speed, damage, AA and buttons are good.
It would be nice of all his moves connected from max range cr mp and mk however…

Ed’s combos are still haphazard, his buttons are bad, his frame data makes no sense, his fireball is shit, his VT game is pretty mediocre.
He has good AA, throw and walkspeed. Nothing special.
Compared to pretty much everyone that has access to their special moves by default.
EDIT : in theory Juri with stores should be a power boost as in a burst window to be used at the right time. In reality , she just gets to be normal for 5 seconds until stores are gone.
Resource management character that is not rewarded for having said resources.
I have the game open now. With MK and HK stores on
cr.LK, cr.LP xx LP pinwheel is 111 damage and that leaves you in a prime spot for a mixup.
Ryu’s cr.LK, cr.LP xx LK DK does 103
Ryu’s cr.LK , cr.LP xx LK Tatsu does a KD without not that great of an oki and does 119.
On a character with 2 three frame normals, one that is low for god’s sake. Her LK fuha is a dominant neutral tool, a real DP and an anti-air DP, great walk speed , amazing dashes her back throw is 140 dmg/200 stun and leaves her to press her opponent mid screen, She have a frame 1 anti-projectile ex move that launches and safe on block and can be VTC to be +7 with a 2 bars VT.

that’s a ridiculous oversimplification of Juri as a character, none of that makes her strong. Her LK Fuha is not a dominant neutral tool, it’s just her best.

I’m pretty sure almost everyone from casual to pro player putting her in bottom tier for 3 years in a row is just a simple coincidence.
Show me a tier list from a pro in S3 that have her in bottom tier. Cause if you are gonna throw random claims like her damage is low and pros says X, then you gotta back it up.

Infiltration is one of the best in the world and he used Juri as sub mostly when he didn’t like Meant vs Rashid.
I am not saying Juri is the worst character ever but at this point not crazy to say she could be bottom five. I think it feels worst for Juri players because she plays like a lesser version of other characters who also has to store a resource.
To your earlier post actually do think Nash is better than her now despite his own more obvious shortcomings
