If you want a real reason, HP Dp is going to pick anything out of the air from Cammy, dive kick, fake dive kick , jump…doesn’t matter, it’s Gona hit. It’ll even get her as she lands from a dive kick.
Range is insane. She can’t fuck with Sagats AA like say Ryu.
Alex kind of has that zone covered with lariat too.

You could still be the problem. While higher bandwidths generally mean lower ping, they do not guarantee it.
High bandwidth just means that when data is moving, you can move large volumes every second. That in and of itself says absolutely nothing about how long it takes for any single specific piece of data to get somewhere.
And that’s without even getting into stuff like error rates and dropped packets.
Why doesn’t SFV just use ping? These arbitrary ass bars don’t tell you much.

My question is why though? Ping has been shown in games since…forever? I don’t understand the benefit of not showing it. It just makes the strength of the connection needlessly vague.
Definitely not me. My ping tends to be pretty low as I’m close to the node. It’s usually below 10 ms. Not any dropped packets either.
Plus, my opponents say the connect is silky smooth and I blacklist anyone that has a shitty connect 3 times in a row.
I dont understand it either. Sometimes i legit think devs underestimate their own audiences.
Make it simple for a lowest common denominator that doesnt even exist.
