How was the connection? Seemed okay on my end once we were on the lame ass Grid (Capcom fix your shit so we can use other stages).
Yeah it was fine on The Grid that’s why i changed to there after the second match. It’s a shame you even need to ask since you’re only a couple hours drive away.
I’ve never even encountered hit VT2 before today i don’t think i had no idea his grabs did so much damage lol

Yeah I’m trying to stay away from VT1 while I’m learning because otherwise I spend 1/3 of the round just doing spazzy dumb shit. As opposed to the other 2/3s where I’m doing calculated dumb shit.
The VT2 grab does a grip. I think 250? Still slow as balls but can’t have everything. The extra lava punches are good for tacking on damage too. Honestly not a bad VT just that 1 is pants on head.
You should probably not stay away from VT1 because it’s his main factor of securing wins in I’d say roughly 80%~ or more of his MUs.

You need to be Smug level to make VT2 work as good as VT1.

99%. G is not a character until he pops VT1.
Oh I totally get that. Right now sometimes I like to run VT2 because it simplifies my mental stack. But point taken that I should just nut up and learn it as I go.
Though I’m already on shaky ground with character confidence in general tbh. G is fun and all but still not sure he’s the char for me. Maybe I should just go with Kolin like I originally thought.

@Doctrine_Dark that was some good ass SF. You definitely got me early. I like how well you play along the ground and then pick points to jump based on when I usually press buttons. That’s what a lot of better players do and it’s best way for Cammy to play the match.
I’m still too free to the walk up back throw stuff. I only survived that one in the 3rd set because I manned up and decided not to tech when you went for c.LP, s.HK so it whiffed over my head and gave me some room. If I caved in and tried to tech there would have been GGs.
Real good at the end there to wait for the trigger shot and super punish it. Didn’t expect it to hit from that far lol. That’s a nice slow match.
