On other news, this match going on is pretty good.
If it’s real, you know it is Evil Ryu. The red cloth around the neck is presumably Ryu’s headband.
Maybe my prediction of Evil Ryu, Eviler Akuma, Violent Ken, Sunburnt Sakura, Gouken, and a new shoto will (unfortunately) come true.

Maybe it’ll be a “legendary” costume like Moba’s do; changes the particles, voiceover, maybe the victory poses but still Ryu. Or maybe it’s just a new character. Or maybe it’s an elaborate joke. Guess we’ll see soon
