Falke is an actual defensive character. Cammy is definitely still rushdown even if she has the buttons to play the neutral, while Juri is more hit and run, Falke instead got that combination of strong anti-airs and good pokes that makes it possible for her to frustrate people and make them kill themselves.

Also, she got green lipstick, and a massive ass, what’s not to like?

Yes there is some truth to something. The extent isn’t settled yet.
