Don’t try it man, it’s a trap. I’ve spent +200k FM to get Zeku EX6 color and I don’t get it still. You can have more luck than me and spend just 50k, but that color deserve the effort?

Havent seen a color as nice as Zeku’s story mode EX06. Dont spend money on that fight nonsense.

Dude you could have bought two Makoto’s with that.

I stopped after 60k. I think I got all of Kolin’s colors, and I did get a Zeku color, but I don’t have them unlocked. I really hate the free-to-play gimmicks in a game that’s not free-to-play.

It’s a loot box system, I’m not a lucky guy, so is impossible to me to get. With new colors included it becomes even harder, meanwhile gaining FM is harder too. Since there’s no skill involved but luck this thing is a no go for me and I’m not even curious to try it again.

I have that, probably a gift from Capcom gods to celebrate the 250k FM goal, but I wanted the regular silver one. I’m done with it anyway.

True, now I feel even more stupid, thanks :sob:

The much talked about Akuma/Sagat matchup. Also, this youtube series is godlike.

At least duplicate costumes give you a complete Fighting Chance ticket in compensation, so you don’t actually lose anything for a getting a duplicate costume.

As for the colors, the odds of getting any one specific color is extremely low. You have somewhere between a 10% to 20% chance to get an EX Color, but there are 68 EX colors. That means your chance of getting a specific color is something like 0.15% to 0.3%. It can take several hundred, if not thousands, of attempts to get a specific color. (I mean individual attempts. So several tens, if not hundreds, of 10-pack readings.) If you ever got it, because the system allows duplicates and there is no guarantee that you will ever get a specific item.

Basically, don’t bother unless you have the Fight Money to burn, or you don’t really care which colors you get. Otherwise, you might find yourself burning through a hundred thousand in Fight Money without even getting the color you actually wanted.

Getting the unique costume isn’t so bad, though even there you could be terribly unlucky. You’ll probably get it within a few 10-packs, paying less than you would for a Story costume, but potentially more than you would for an Extra Mission costume. Survival can get you up to 20 free tickets per month, and you get one free single reading per week, which if you are lucky can reduce or even remove your need to spend Fight Money at all to get the costume.

I’m the resident worst player here so I know what’s it’s like being a bronze cuck.

I bought the game the very day it came out and practiced early in the morning before work and played it for like 4 hours when I came home. During my weekends I would play like 8 hours per day. I’m not even kidding I played 8 on Saturday/Sunday.

I Mained Cammy in season 1 and went from bronze to Ultra Gold in a year.

In season 2 I dropped Cammy outa frustration and picked Kolin and haven’t looked back since.

Never give up my friend. This game will brake a newbie very easy and there are gonna be days, weeks even months where shit doesn’t click and you’re just gonna be a mess of feelings ranging from really fucking mad and entitled to nonchalant and subdued.

But mostly mad.

You from American land? What’s your CFN?

Hey, I need you back in Super Diamond.

This is not being a good week for SFV so far.
Laggy matches galore, ex PPP pushing you behind a Sim that teleported behind you, bursts of rage and fits of anger, losing to Giefs to stuff I see coming a mile away, and when I finally get back to gold, I do an ex PPP against an airborne Akuma, he manages to land before it hits and combos me to death.
Same thing happen with the Karin I fought next and I couldn’t end today back to gold. =_=

This doesn’t bode well at all for my weekly tomorrow. I might have to punch a door till it breaks before I get started on it.

It’s beautiful, my sex knight Raphael is BACK. Then Charlotte hits Samshodown next year. Looks like I’m on the winning side of the rapier twice.
Too bad he traded in his sweet hat from SCV for some dorky JPRG villain glasses. But hey, he’s back so nothing else matters

Is Raphael wearing glasses?

Maxi and Raphael are basically the Eddy and Hwoarang of SC so scrubs have plenty to complain about in October.

True for maxi. Idk about comparisons with raph to hwaorang though. Raph is much closer to samsho charlotte. My friend had one of the best raps in socal back when raph dropped.

The true scrub mode characters of sc (including maxi) are Xianghua and nightmare/siegfried.

X can be compared to akuma for ease of use to power level, but shes even easier to use than he is. Nightmare is even easier than X but hes slightly less effective without going deeper into his moveset.

Raph at least in SC2 had a lot of rapid string, stance switch crap that scrubs always complain about. High level he’s probably a different character, but lower level that’s what the scrubs find to complain about him first.

That’s why I like SC. It’s a game where you can just rely on basics and get going. Don’t have to science up movement and frame data like Tekken just to play it and it’s generally an easier side game than Tekken.
