US owns almost 50% of the guns in the world. Gun laws aren’t going to do shit. Other measures need to be taken.
A gun makes a man feeling like God with the power to decide who deserve to live and who not, that’s why they’re bad. We are human beings, not gods, we are too stupid to understand how much precious the life is when we have a fuckin’ hand cannon. Where isn’t a guns limit control there’s an Old Wild West kind of atmosphere, there will be ALWAYS someone who feel the power on life and death. It’s too late for USA, is easier to save someone fallen in the mouth of a crocodile than convincing every American about removing guns from their houses.

As for the gun situation, the American Democracy seem to have decided over the years that the right to freely bear arms is well worth losing a few people to gun massacres each year. In my purely personal opinion that is an insanely stupid opinion to have, just like the one American Democracy has over free healthcare, but fortunately it’s not my problem.
What I don’t get though is why there’s always so much commotion when events like these inevitably happen: I assumed that by now Americans understood that gun massacres are just a natural and unavoidable byproduct of lax gun laws.
If you don’t want gun control you have to accept these events as inevitable, that’s all.

Criminals move on to all sorts of nonsense if they feel like killing a bunch of people. For a while the preferred way of killing mass people were suicide attacks. They had access to a lot of hardware but built bombs instead.

People love grand standing on this and it bothers me. So you gotta shut up the idiots first so that you can arrive at somewhere sensible. Telling the US to get rid of guns when you’re country is full of stab wounds is hilariously dishonest.
Also Brazil’s craziness with how hard it is to get legal guns; Mexico’s issue with legal guns is the same too. Japan doesn’t have guns, instead it has a dude that went on a stabbing spree in Akihibara.

Those idiots also go stabbing people at LAN centers in asian countries. The problem is that there is no legislative solution to those idiots, hence the stabby stabby fun time in London.
@Yunity the cop situation is trickier (and trust me, if I got fire for people talking about shit they dont know, the things I keep in my back pocket for the super crazy gun side is hilariously better). But cops deal with more encounters without using their guns than using them. That gun is what allows cops not to get beheaded in public like it happened in the UK.
There’s always going to be a lot of systemic issues that I havent addressed because i was typing on my phone. But people who dont know their head fron their ass probably shouldnt be talking about thr topic until they fire an AR 15 set to full Semi Automatic.
