So yes that’s dumb… but I think I know what happened.
If you watch when the super came out, the hit box was actually behind Rashid. Rashid has already passed far enough through your body (due to invulnerability), that your super wiffed behind his back.
Also, I thought the dream was that you could just do low risk-mid reward stuff to make your opponent play dumb? Rashid should be the most neutral fucker ever.
What’s funny is that if SF5 had regular pushblock, Rashid wouldn’t be that big of an issue. That and if he worked like a normal character. Dude just runs around like a nut being safe all over the place.
But if the game had regular pushback that would cause all sorts of other issues that might be even worse. This is what happens when you radically deviate from the norms across multiple variables. Most Grapplers can’t tick after 2 blocked attacks, 3 oki timings, srk requires ex to be invincible, jabs have to much pushback, most characters require a medium starter link etc etc
@vhozite ggs, i was the birdie averagetuesday. i don’t play much sf5 these days, so it was fun to run into you there.
I’m trying to learn the character, he’s pretty dumb. I like how you play, nice ground game. Was the connection okay for you? If it was we can run some sets, idk where you live.
