Can’t do anything about the no-revisions clause, but UNIST is well balanced and sees regular tournament representation from it’s weakest characters.

That’s fine. I’m not arguing against games that are well balanced but people dump on SFV because XYZ character has ass AA’s but never talk about how that same characters put you into the corner in like 1 confirm.
Then again I play Kolin and she’s good so I’m not mad at current balance hahahaha

I don’t think it’s so much about making all characters relevant, but making sure the part of the game that’s relevant is interesting.
I think the best way to do this is to make sure that there are different strategies shown among the viable characters.
I feel one of SFV balance weakness is how over important Vttigger can be for many characters, meaning the core strategy among many good characters is: get VT > profit. And that these VTs are almost all activation VT’s.
Imagine if Bison were not present in the game yet.

Capcom probably tests a lot of things, what will be in the game it’s another story, but his disciples aren’t that smart. They forgot even when their Spiritual Guide missed completely the target, but whatever.
X-Kira seems to operate on the same principals as psychics/cold reading.
Mildly informed guessing, being just vague enough for people to reinterpret what he said, and then relying on people to remember the hits more than the misses.
I saw a write up and he’s only like, 15% accurate at best?

You really dont think they’re working on new mechanics? New v skill, v reversal and CA are no brainers tbh. That’s what i’m thinking they were working on during all these silent periods.
I mean it doesnt have to be a leak by a very unreliable data miner. It’s something easily predictable. And x kira interestingly leaked kage in 09/18. Lol. Everyone just glossed over that detail (probably including him too).

People forget how his “leaks” were so off the mark that he left social media because he was getting called out. Now he’s back, right 17% of the time, and we are supposed to pay attention? @Daemos ’ predictions are more accurate and he is just joking most of the time.

Every character I played in the MK11 demo had those, but depending on the variation, combo potential is limited. Raiden had strings that were like 2-3 character lengths but none of them popped up, compared to say Scorpion who had shorter range strings but better specials that lead to combos. Also with mobility not as ridiculous as MKX, you’ll still have to jockey for position in order to use them.

I know he makes a shit ton of woeful prediction but he’s the only leaker actually giving us anything. And most of the things he’s showing off atm aren’t crazy predictions or anything.
