The problem with injustice zoning is that there’s very little nuance. You stand fullscreen and fire a gun. Little in terms of subtle positioning or using normals/projectiles as setup moves. It’s running away and firing your gun. Bleh.

I was wondering, when is the official schedule usually getting released for EVO?
It’s still pretty unclear which game is going to be the final one.

NRS games dont get entrants because they are trash. All they are is one long ass movie where you control the characrera for fight scenes. If there was an Evo for fan service though, it’d be top spot.
Both smash games combined beat SF5 by 200 or so people.
BBTag basically did smash numbers at random. Who knows wtf the deal is but the game is fun.
Think SF5 is up mostly because people have accepted it. Roster is big enough that people can have their compromise character.
NRS scene being trash that doesnt support their games deserves being mentioned again. Thank god that TMNT gave them an excuse to bend over to Capcom/Disney over MvCi.
@Naeras the last time SF wasnt king was when MvC2 was at its prime. Times were simpler. There were no eSports but the scene was full of washed up nikkas like shady k and CLAAAHCKWERK.
I might play soul calibur on pad for this reason, dunno yet, since sc6 comes out like the week before canada cup.

When taking a look at Capcom’s upcoming titles like Remake 2, DMC5, Mega Man 11, and seeing how much of a hit Monster Hunter World (and the director is now in charge of the fighting game division) ended up being, I’m all for it.
