Jeah honestly I think them both being out now is gonna be great for the CPT. Bonchan seriously wants to make Sagat his main again so giving him 5 months to grind experience out could give him a lot of time to maximize that potential.

Sorry I was at the beach all weekend so I missed pretty much all of it.
Du is putting in work. He may not have fared well enough to get top 8 in EVO this year, but he is 12th at the CPT standings right now.

Who knows. Du it seems has been through a lot of personal stuff since his Capcom Cup win. His behind the scenes life has just been rocky.
Punk is a different bag of bricks though. One thing about really talented people though, is that they get lazy. Happens in music all the time. you kind of have to make sure your talented kids are putting in the work so they actually improve instead of coasting. Surface level it looks like he decided to coast somewhat and then leaned on talent to help him through at tournaments.
Can’t do that at Evo though.
