Maisie Marlowe and C.Viper have different voice actresses, so I don’t know about that.
Everything other than ruffian kicks, pipe swing and super look really off in motion for Cody. Maybe it’s because I only know of Cody from sfiv and never played final fight, but man his buttons look so weird to me.
Atleast he’s decent. Can’t wait to see G and Sagat.

they clearly worked more on cody than the last characters not only by viability but having 4 different idle animation and speeches compared to everyone else having 1 shows that

Fought a Cody with Ryu/Juri
Can’t call it yet but flow charting blockstrings will be a clear no-no. His Shimmy game conversion is really strong and has some baby (easy) Oki which are strong. One thing I like is he can’t just get in on you for free so that gives me enough time to store VT with Juri. Edit: I guess he can try to bulldoze his way in with Zonk though.
Cody isn’t my type of SFV character that’s for sure but I am genuinely happy he made it in. I still want to see Crimson Viper, Maki (never happening) and Elena.
Also I don’t think Cody makes Ryu FREE and if that’s the case (IMO) I’d love to see some high level Cody vs Top Tiers
