Moro’s gimmick in the latest DB Super manga chapters is that apparently he has powers to literally block Super Saiyan transformation. I don’t know or why it works, but I guess Toyotaro couldn’t come up with anything remotely interesting so now nobody can use their SSJ forms.
Which means that this arc will result in some asspulls to block Moro’s powers of blocking SSJ powers so that Goku and Vegeta can actually kick his ass.
Did I mention that Toyotaro was the one who made the atrocity that was Dragon Ball AF?
He got rid of something that wasn’t remotely interesting so that’s why there’s no more ssj
