I think the stuff you enjoy is rad, even if I would put an extra topping or two on a pizza.

Dragonball fighterz is such a flop competitively.
When you have 6 games with over 1000 one being samsho, the other being an anime game that has small but loyal fan base it goes to show you just how much easy of access and play doesn’t equal long term player base.
Every game with over 1000 isn’t built completely with easy of play in mind (even smash ultimate focuses more on the competitive side), closest thing to doing that is probably streetfighter and its the reason its not leaps and bounds in front of a couple other titles.

Sf5 once again got it all wrong though. They made the wrong shit easy and the wrong shit hard.
Pretty much the exact opposite of what should have happened.
Confirms should be easy, combos and spacing should be hard.
In sf5 confirms are hard, and since everyone uses huge range specials to move around, spacing is easy too.

Most people are just ribbing you sometimes it’s them trying to get you to expand your horizons so to speak. ( I don’t get doing it that way myself excessively)
You remember the booty saga? Yeah… Most people including myself enjoy having you around here. I understand being a Smash player not feeling welcomed but I used to be a Smash player too when I could afford to keep up with latest Nintendo consolea. It’s more Smash community than the games that get “the FGC” mad in 2019. You don’t hurl dead crabs at people.
I am a cheese pizza lad too and I liked the time we did play together. I appreciate things you did share for us. I hope to see you around in this thread or otherwise, thanks again.

I still go back and play SF4 and SFvT. When SF6 comes out (if its any good) I won’t go back to play SF5 at all.
At this point, I’m wondering if DBFZ will even return to EVO next yr. Blazblue Cross Tag is definitely gone. Soul Calibur is likely gone, too.

I actually think SF5 has a nice balance between what’s easy and hard. Better than SF4 I dare say. Combos feel nice , counter hit not too hard, generous windows, screen freezes. Whiff punishing a bit hard but should be.
It’s just that at any given time one bar of meter is going to enter into your ear drum with one of those big circus horns and 16 elephants come through your man cave and crumple your PC.

I still have more GBFV footage to watch.
But honestly the amount of work this early version already has blows everything SFV did in it’s entire life out of the water.
The amount of details on the gameplay alone are outstanding, it looks already so well put together and polished… and thats just a beta.
Can’t wait for the release, Evo will ASW make me happy again and Capcom will disappoint once again!

Soulcalibur, FighterZ, Cross Tag are being dropped due to entry numbers
Hopefully they put Xrd again since new GG isn’t coming out before next EVO

My predictions for ASW:
- New GG shown, Daisuke will Grand Viper the stage and then Banditbringer the Trailer onto the screen!
- Granblue, new characters + release date + response to the Beta, PC version will be released alongside the PS4 one, Crossplay will be in too.
- New BB teased (We get Alpha Infos later this year, so it’s not unlikely)
- New Uni Footage of clr, characters shown
My predictions for SF:
- Abigail 2.0
- More costumes.
