Because fighting games are all about adaptation and I don’t feel like staying in the past is good for the genre. Shit changes and evolves. I may favor one game over another but no game is without fault. Some stuff in SFV is straight bitch made but that doesn’t mean I can’t still like it or even sing it’s praises when it’s good. I’ll never go on record saying SFV is the best…

SFV ain’t terrible. It ain’t good either.
But I find it fun enough to entertain me. Only way I will miss it is if I don’t get Rose or Falke or someone who plays similar in SF6.
Mostly because I will then be lost on whom to main there other than hoping that SF6 Gief and I match better than SFV Gief.

The people who say that neutral doesn’t matter in SFV in this version truly display that they don’t really understand the game at all.
I hope SF6 will be a more polished product and a fun game. I really want Street Fighter to be the leader in the FGC space as a Street Fighter fanboy, i personally like SF5 and get that many don’t and that’s is fine. Tekken 7 did an absolutely fantastic job and they should be appreciated for it. Its a great game that deserve its place.
Here is to hoping that SF6 will be a better game and a much better product than SF5 was.

One other thing, i really hope that Capcom won’t use the realistic style graphically for SF6. I understand that it worked really well with RE2 and DMCV ended up being a treat but i would still forever want my Street Fighter to be have a unique artstyle.

Well, people are singing praise songs that Infiltration is going to EVO to play SamSho, so that is not an exclusive Smash community problem.

Except in this case Infiltration actually got somewhat exonerated of the crimes he was accused of, compared to Ally’s outright getting confirmed of what he did.

Capcom of all publishers have the resources right now for the first time in…god, forever since the 90s - to pump money into a very polished and feature full fighting game.
It’s their call if they want to be the flagship of this genre, cause I know for a fact one more flop on their part at a release and Tekken and Smash will overtake SF by leaps within a generation.
