Okay that makes sense, I figured he didn’t get the good ish until CH.
It seemed like, too, even LK Koku wasn’t safe on block, although I wasn’t sure because I thought that changed come S4, but I’d be lying if I said I was hip to every change. Hell I still don’t use a lot of the good Sakura changes.
One thing about Abi I was noticing was there was a range I could stand where it seemed like he could land a stray hit but if he cancelled to the punches the punch would miss, and it seemed like if I hung out there I was alright. Although maybe his EX really does go that far, I’m not sure.
I’m just gonna say, we’ve had what, 20+ Seasons of Power Rangers until now, with each having 5+ Rangers and even then Kat Manx who was a temp Ranger for one episode gets into the game. That’s fucking hilarious. Even PR Fighting Games gotta have the disrespectful choices.

Yeah, or if she gets a jump, but that’s just the life of SFV sagat, can’t really fullscreen zone against most of the cast.

And the kicker is that this guy’s username is Volt, not brasilian Volt, this is an american Volt, though we did wear weird gear in Ragnarok online and speak brasilian insults half a life ago.
LK Koku is strange. If I hit with the leg it’s -6, if only the beam, it’s -3. Because of the movement during a cancel it’s weirdly difficult to gauge this spacing right (there isn’t much wiggle room). I still do it a lot as any people miss the punish, or commit to an unsafe punish. For example, Sakura s LK>shoryuken. If I was -3 I get a fat punish. I think it used to be worse? I’m not sure I’ve only been playing since the middle of January.
EX punish does go further and I should use it more. At that range though the jump threat is very real… Abi just isn’t the big body type character I want him to be. It always feel like he needs… something.
Literally 80% of the cast feels like that in SFV

Don’t try to use someone showing ass as a point against it, when most SF costumes have everyone half naked.
And thats not even the premium costumes.
I also adore again, how little SF player use the word weabo as insult, while they themself play a weabo game.
There are only 6 chars who look simliar.

Noel and Mu (they are the same person)
Tsubaki and Izayoi (also the same person)
Meanwhile in SF we have 6 dudes, who all use the same moves, the same fighting style and dress the same.
With their only difference being their edge level.
