It’ll be hard for them to include one DMC character without the others. I want vergil back too and Nero finally feels like his own unique character and with his robo arm they could come up with so many things.

It’d be nice if they did true 2D again in some form for the gameplay, but unfortunately 2D graphics means they can’t easily make tons of costumes for us to shill. Which means it’ll never happen

It’s both. You set it in the dock and it works like a regular console, you take it out of the dock and it works like a handheld (but it has a built-in stand in the back of it so you can set it upright and use a regular controller even in portable mode)

That dock it’s going into hooks up to the TV via HDMi like a normal console. If the Switch is in the dock, it operates like a normal console, with the display going to the TV. If you take it out, it acts like a handheld. Those controllers on the sides are detachable and the Switch comes with its own grip for them so you can use them like a regular controller
Or you can get the pro controller which is basically an Xbox controller
Personally though I prefer having the joycons separate and doing a lazy boy on the couch, if I’m playing something like Xenoblade or Breath of the Wild
