it’s not good either, is shorter than most and kinda slow, overall Chun has very mediocre lows, one is 3f (yay) but -1 OB (nay) and doesn’t convert to much, cr.MK has the aforementioned problems and slide has all the problems slides have.
Fireball, sthp, fmp
You’re welcome.
Also video of Nishikin showing a master class in the Cody MU
Poifuru with the pipe swing to punish the VT2 ex ball was sweet.
First game Nishikin shut Cody down perfectly
They should make a Sagat with a toupee costume.
It should fall off as soon as he is hit, he should put it on again between rounds and he should have two different animations depending if he finishes the fight with it or not.
If they made that much work for a costume, I would buy it.
I admit that was a hilarious mod to say the least.
did the smash community ditched now one of the two older titles or do they play 3 verisions now?
wonder about evo and if a smash title will be replaced. i guess meele is still its unique thing with its own community?
It’s Smash Ultimate and Melee now. We’ll see if EVO goes with two again or not.
Although there was some kerfuffle on the Melee side about banning Jigglypuff and one specific tactic the Ice Climbers use so I dunno what’s going on there
I need to start practising more serious this week so I can do better at the online tournament next week.
Lol banning characters in fighting game tourneys, so dumb
You should send me your friend code thing.
I’m really on a casual smash player anymore, but we could still play some games if you want.
Hey guys. For tmr’s direct input controller removal patch, we just need to check this PlayStation Configuration Support box here right?
The way to think about it is, there are basically three smash games. 64, Melee, and Brawl. These are along to SF2, SF3, and SFV (actually that analogy is good in a surprising number of ways). Ultimate is the equivalent of Brawl: Arcade edition.
Character bans can be a good/necessary thing. Especially for a game that wasn’t intended to be competitive from the outset. Not saying this is such an instance, but it really shouldn’t be dismissed outright.
If a game has survived 18(?) years and is still going reasonably strong, you probably don’t need to ban two fringe characters.
And the SF2/3/5-comparison is apt. Smash 64 was groundbreaking and is hilariously broken (sf2). Melee has a reputation for being “the best one” and has a bunch of diehards that play that and nothing else even if they have to get absurdly obsolete equipment around (3S). Ultimate was the final revision of “the new one”, and everyone ditched the game with the 4 on the end of the title for it.
Main differences are really that Melee was a smash hit (pun not intended) with the public, and everyone seems to actually like Ultimate quite a lot rather than complaining that Sm4sh was better while begrudgingly playing Ultimate.
This is a kingdoms junction
please tell me your select
This is the best thing I’ve seen in a while (there are A LOT of images here for the enjoyment)
The Larry Bird one… perfection!
