Yes, when you put your SFV steam key, you auto get beta access and it downloaded. Didnt even need a beta code.

I pre-ordered it from Best Buy on PS4 about a month ago, but haven’t gotten any kind of beta code to play in this last beta. Were any sent out? Would be nice…

You gotta stay on top of Best Buy. They’re known for forgetting or just plain choosing not to give you codes. Need to have customer service on speed dial just in case.
