Like I mentioned with Juri. I’m worried about other games too. Like whenever Soul Calibur 6 happens, What are they gonna do about Taki? She’ll probably come back. (she didn’t die, the story just had her “off on a mission”)

And I’ve never played any of the DOA Extreme games. But I like how the tecmo (whoever it is) guy’s straight up said “we don’t want to deal with American complaints about females in games”. I really appreciate the honesty. Those are not the exact words they spoke, but the english was poor.

I guess I’ll just take some time to read this and cry. Since the game is rated “T” I will imagine 13 year olds as the youngest. But why even decide to bring Mika back? Shes a character full of fan service that old people will remember.
I didn’t exactly grow up on games hiding anything from me. Jiggle physics in Soul Calibur 2 on Gamecube. (L and R buttons to move the characters, bouncy boobs, I was not scarred for life)

Which I think is bullshit because back before I became steam man, I was 360 man and didn’t experience that shit unless ping was higher than 200.

when you are versing a player who is not hardwired and is using the PS4 WIFI it normally lags on most of the stages. Training Stage, Underpass, Temple stages are usually not laggy and dont drop frames. All other stages do though.

Its a huge problem I face everytime I decide to do ranked on PS4. Endless isn’t as bad as people usually always pick training or underpass.

I notice ps3 had some issues but that was because on ps3 you had to do some port open thing or do the dmz method.
Ps3 online was like 25% slower if you didn’t open ports or dmz it.

Ps3 is a totally different can of worms.

The original PS3 had shit wifi, worse was wifi was still “newish” in 08-09, so you had bad bad wifi and lots of people using it, plus vanilla had slowdown and input lag. It was a mess on PS3.

Times have changed though, and if the PS4 and SFV have similar issues I’m literally returning my PS4 and buying a graphics card for my laptop and that’s that.

Being able to hack in Mika and Cammy’s uncensored original camera angles will just be a cool bonus.

In my opinion as a snes nigga to ps2 nigga to 360 nigga to steam nigga, ps3 got good in 2009.
Ps3 shined cuz of exclusives and mgs4 was a blast. Killzone was that generation’s ghost in the shell first assault. Naruto storm [the first one was actually legit] was the only good one with polished everything. Damn shame the sequels only shined in story mode.

Naughty dog wants to be a bitch with the jak and daxter license. Naughty dog, nathan drake has a nice hi-resolution ass but if you aren’t taking dark eco anywhere give it to microsoft. This applies to all companies. Hey, if the ip doesn’t interest you anymore, give it to another developing team

Hot Ryu honestly baffles me. But skimpy males such as Urien don’t have 1,000 official drawings emphasizing his crotch and butt, and he doesn’t slap it either. He simply isn’t flaunty, which is why he isn’t seen as sexualized. Or at least that’s the way I see it.

Ok and that takes me back to my Felicia comparison. Her official artwork doesn’t emphasize her crotch or butt either. She has no attacks or mannerisms in which she utilizes her butt, nor does she flaunt her body or have a sexual personality. What’s emphasized about her is her cute, cheerful and friendly nature. Her attacks consist of striking you with a toy mouse, throwing a ball at you, kicking sand at you, crying out for her friends to help her in a fight. And she has two taunts where she cutely begs, and the other where she actually hugs her opponent. Yet with all that she’s seen as pure fan service. While Urien isn’t seen as Fan service at all. The line between sexualization and power fantasy, is way to blurred and inconsistent if not flat out a double standard. We need to define what is sexualization and what is a power fantasy, and hold both females and males to that definition
