Hey guys, I’m wanting to adjust the time of this event for our friends on the east coast. Currently, it’s set for 8PM-12AM PST, but I’m thinking of moving it to 6PM-10PM PST, which would make it 9PM-1AM EST, which I think is more manageable.
Thoughts?
Good Idea! I tried attending last week, but couldn’t match with anyone, nor did I even think about being at the logo. I’ll remember for next Saturday.

so if i do this game launching thing, when i find someone to play will it launch me straight into the lobby in SF4, or will i have to go through all the loading screens?

There’s less loading, but not that much less. From Home, it boots up SF4. Then you spam your way through the company logos. Once you press start at the title screen, it’ll toss you and your friend into the lobby without you having to go to Online > Player Match > ect.

Other than some connection issues here and there, I’m having no problems finding folks to play in the mall. Huzzah!
Ive found a few matches and have had a few connection issues myself but maybe that has to do with being connected wireless atm unfortunately. Wondering if theres a way to chance your pshome instance or something because all the malls i was in had nun but 3 people or so :(, all in all tho it was some great sparring! Will deff be back for some more next week

Actually, there is. If you don’t like the instance you’re in, just leave and come right back. Nine times out of ten, you’ll get a new one. Other than that, the only way to join a specific instance is by joining someone on your friends list.
I played from 6-9PM and had a blast. A few connection issues here and there, but overall pretty good games. Someone had a monster of a Gen, too. Those seem to be popping up more and more :crybaby:

when you say left and come back, you mean leave the mall and come back right? or completely leave pshome and come back? i’ve always wondered why i never see the same person i played previously back in the mall. i’ve never used pshome up until now, so i’m pretty clueless to how it works.
Yeah, just exit the mall and go right back in. So you can just walk through the doors back to the Central Plaza, then turn right back around and re-enter the Mall. You should be in a different instance.
is it just the mall that has different instances? or even the central plaza and the bowling alley?
