EDIT: Ive recently added the newest 7 color full sets of Necro, Urien and Elena plus the latest Alex color in this thread. When I play online with 2df in between Vs sceen and the match there is usually a black screen that shows for like 1 second if even and it also shows in between rounds. Right now the color is like a light brown. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have a go at it yourself first, then if you get real stuck Iāll help or make you one. I think you shoud try though - you know you can do it!

Ia-Ia-Pazuzu, if you overcome your laziness and make a start I will tweak it for you. They donāt take long to do, you could pretty much just select the boxes and drag the saturation back down to make it grayscale, itās a very easy one

Iāve been out of internet and into many other things by now, but I did a few pals.

Yes Iām afraid I picked up SF4 and itās been the bane of my social life since, I havenāt even checked here in ages since February!
My 7 Alex pals were wiped when I had to back up my computer after a nasty virus crippled it, but Iāll have 7 more done this week hopefully, going to amke a start tonight.
Alien you saw my preview, so you know I wasnāt that happy with them anyway and I donāt mind starting again, but man the more I colour edit the longer it takes me per character!
I also did a few more Ryu pals in line with the new colours he has in SF4 (one was already there, surprise) and those were wiped too 
I just need a little time to catch up, Iām still committed as Iām nearly done for all characters by now. I also need to update my rapidshare links and I might just collate all into a text link or something. Like I said that is 140+ codes though, I counted. Thatās without any extras!!
For those looking for my palettes, some for my stuff is only partially finished needing touch ups here and there and some of them just suck. Use at you own disappointment :lol:

the whole Oro Family, the MP, that may look the same as in default pals is also edited if you check it.MK and HK are the only ones that didnāt change since their release.

Thought Iād better get some up on the thread before the weekend ended - been promising to show Alien these Oros for donkeyās years now.
So hereās Oro doing his best Shakespeare theatrical moments I think, at least thatās what he reminds me of. Wanted to try and tone Oro back down to look more human, but mainly just investigating, I did these ages ago and I could easily do another 14 more even.

I like the MP, HK and Ex the best, and I like the idea of the MK pinked skinned one.
Funny that you tinted the colour his eyes flash, I didnāt try to mess with it as itās shared during yagyou startup.
However, Iām not that fond of the highlights on his skins (that look like you added white) and the shadows that use the same colours as the light values.
The paler ones, like LP, HP (and maybe the MK too cant remember for sure) do look like they have some shadow issues (they seem too light to me). And in general, the way you made the fabric looks a bit flat.
But it sure is an original set, I may not share the same taste on colour arrangements as you but I defenetly like the ideas.
Keep in mind all these comments are my opinion, not judgements.
yeah i tend to want to give dudley white shoes to contrast the rest of what heās wearing although black or brown shoes might be best.
and yes LET, oro reminds me of Shakespeare in some of his animations, lol! i like the orange-brownish with white cloth oro edit you made.
iāve got more and iāll post the numbers soon so if anybody wants to use/mess with them they can.

nice Oros, they look alot like Japanese mythology creatures in a way if you get what I mean. Crossed with an extreme sense of literature 
I might make some more Oros actually, Iāve already had lots of ideas as heās quite easy to tweak and there must be tons of colour combinations that work.
I need to tweak mine too as Alien is very right about some of the shadows. With the RGB sliders on latest Palmod I can fix that easy, I used the older version to do these back in August or sometime back then!
Thing is, if you want him to have grey hair (or lighter than really dark) then you are kinda stuck when it comes to definition. I do think whiter highlights look better and make him look like he has waxy elderly skin though, but itās all personal preference of course.
Thanks for adding the codes as well Poot. Just realsied with Premium you could post in a notepad doc and attach if you find it easier, or zip the ACT files and attach to the post of course.

the first post has some directions there. basically you need to take out a file called ā51ā from sfiii3.zip because thatās what palmod uses to edit. when you open up palmod go to the file tab and select āload fileā and look for that file you extracted from sfiii3.zip called 51. that should get you started.
