I already did all those necros. There’s a much easier way than transcribing all 64 colors btw.
I have to be honest, I never got it working properly in nFBA - so I use mame which is alot easier.

i haven’t tried it on nFBA but it works on FBAenhanced (R15)
also works for me on 2DF but i didn’t do anything special. when the game loads just press ok as soon as you can when that screen pops up, and everything plays like normal
I have version 0.2.96.73
What I do is copy the patched 51 file into both zips (parent and the japanese version)
then it works

What would that “easier way” be exactly?
it works fine on nFBA (btw, 2DF is based on nFBA, so it’s exactly the same).
I never really figured out exactly how to do it, but a bit like mame, all you seem to have to do, is trick the emu in first recognizing the unpatched rom, saving your settings to .ini (in the Misc tab) after you lauched the game, quit nFBA, patch your rom, relaunch from the list (it must be on the list since you saved the settings, the emu acknoledges it’s a working rom, as long as you don’t rescan) and save your settings to .ini again.
however, I’m not sure which step is critical and really needs to be done in order to get it to work, but it defenetly works.
Only, you’ll get an error message and you just need to press “OK” fast as Poot mentioned.

Some really nice ones in there Acidglow! - I have an Akuma just like your black gi one, glad someone else thought he looks better like that!
How do the same colour super trails play? I thought of doing it before but never bothered as I wondered how it would seem in game. Maybe there’s some scope there though - I have have to be honest I never liked the pale blue trails, just seemed too alpha 3 or something.

They are fine. I liked it cause of the way Violent Ken had them in SVC Chaos SNK vs Capcom. So I made a violent ken version.

Take the gif of the character from zweissfus.com, open it in photoshop.
go to Image -> Mode and set the mode to Indexed Color.
Hit OK.
Go back to Image -> Mode and hit Color Table.
Save the Color Table and load it in PALMOD.
This doesn’t work for everyone. Necro is one of those it does however

I’ve been away for a while and seeing no one else has upped anything for a bit I thought I’d throw Dudley up for people to check out.
Some weird ones here, but I don’t really play Dudley so I just had fun making some. EX is based on Super Turbo M.Bison (boxer) by the way - I’ve done that for a few other characters too, like the ‘old’ colours option you can choose in ST/Hyper.

Shouldn’t be deleted, as it’s a premium account. Rapidshare have changed their dl rules and normal files can only be downloaded 10 times.

rapidshare sucks now. i downloaded an .act file and wanted to get more but that shit makes me wait like 12 minutes between dowloads. i recommend www.megaupload.com until someone finds something better

Ahh it would be so killer if Capcom would come up with a SFIII 3S HD Remix. Have a color edit mode in it. Have new chars. like Guile, Dhalsim, Blanka, Zangief, Fei Long & Sagat. Get rid of shared stages so everyone has thier own stage. Well maybe everyone. Ahhh and balance the game more!@!!!
